We know various building sets from the children's room. Building with them is supposed to be child's play! Plug, clip, push and the dream castle is ready. The construction kit should give room for creativity - the dream castle should be able to be built just like the spaceship. But the construction kit still has to be affordable: After all, mum and dad can't buy tons of Lego bricks. So the number of components must be limited. And the interfaces have to be modular, because only then can all the parts be combined with each other. How does that work with a high-tech (AGV) transport system?
All components are pre-configured, the matching cable sets are supplied and the connectors are designed according to the poka-yoke principle -> wrong plugging is not possible.
The Mecanum principle is decisive for the plug-and-play modular system: Complicated planning of the travel and manoeuvring path or considerations of tipping stability are no longer necessary. This is made possible by the area-manoeuvrable Mecanum drive without turning circle, with the possibility of parking sideways everywhere and the ability to drive diagonally. Expert knowledge for the design of corresponding solutions is therefore not needed.

Interface to your control system
Our CAN interface is available for integration into your own control systems. You can exchange speeds, accelerations, status messages, etc., depending on the complexity of your own system. This allows you to specify control commands for our Mecanum system yourself, e.g. to integrate external navigation systems. If you are at home in the world of Profinet, the full range of commands is also available via a Profinet/CAN gateway.
